Cute low-budget place, it has comfortable and fantastic location close to the "brasseries " or "boulangeries " of the neighborhood as well as underground. The twin room overlooks courtyard and includes an electric kettle and refrigerators.

The hotel is in a fantastic and convenient location in a very nice area. It is situated right by the charming "brasseries" and "boulangeries" of the neighborhood. - Luxurious shops similar to those in the center of Paris and restaurants are located nearby. - the food is appetizing and the staff is caring. - the rooms are decently sized and soundproof, with lovely bathrooms that include tubs.

The room was relatively new, it was cleaned every day, the staff solved pretty much all the problems we had, it was next to the metro station, located on a street that covered all the needs.
In the first night, we were obliged to stay at the hotel next door, which was awfull. At the reception there was a person only a few hours, but if you needed something there was the staff from the other hotel to help you. The card from the door was suddenly inactivated in the middle of our stay.

We greatly enjoyed the food and staff. The hoteln was situated right by some of tourist sites and within 5 minutes on foot from moulin rouge. 14th arr. District definitely deserves exploring;))

The Metro Brochant station was very close. Nice boulangerie et pizza place just accross the street. Very strong water pressure in the shower!
Matress really inconfortable, You feel the springs and it hurts! When you spend all day walking in Paris, you need a good night sleep with a decent bed, that was not the case for the room I had. Bring ear plugs, the streets are noisy, thank God I had those.

It is relatively close to metro and at easy reach to famous places. The street has a number of small shops & cafes with relatively cheap prices. It is a nice hotel for weekend visits, but nothing special in terms of spa center or other relax areas.
It has two separate entrances, our entrance didn't have a reception and the front door could be open by the room access card. There is only one card per room, which makes it difficult for the second person to go out and come back.

Hotel was very close to Metro station, we had good room with no sound from the street. Room wasn't very large, but was ok for us. There were also plenty of restaurants and little shops around. Also a few supermarkets, which was great.
I missed a kettle in the room or some place where we could do tea of coffee.

Very nice hotel with helpful desk staff, happy to make phone calls for us to organise some site seeing. Location was great very close to train station making access to all the sites very easy. Lots of places to choose from to eat, restaurants for dinner or casual eateries.
